Sange Poloy, is a 200-year-old historical house, which is a remnant of the Qajar era, located in a small neighborhood called Sange Poloy. Sange Poloy, is a neighborhood close to Sultan Amir Ahmad and also in the eastern part of the Surijan neighborhood which is one of the historical and ancient places in Kashan due to the works like Chehel Dokhtaran.

After renovation, by considering the comfort and tranquility, the hotel was able to provide a memorable and delightful stay in warm and pleasant atmosphere for the guests. The hotel is designed and built in the style of a Baghchal, consisting of a ground floor and two basement floors. The hotel has 12 rooms and types of rooms are: Badgir (triple), Balakhaneh (double), Yeganegi (double), Miankhaneh (double), Sayeh (triple), Nasaj (triple), Peleh (triple) and welcomes the guests in every taste and budget.

Facilities and services which the hotel provided include: serving local cuisine, a coffee shop, library, Jacuzzi, English-speaking staff, tour guide, radiator heating system, split cooling system and refrigerator.

Sange Poloy is located close to historical places and attractions such as Tabatabai and Boroujerdi houses and has a short distance to visit the old part of the city, Agha Bozorg Mosque, Jame Mosque, and Kashan traditional bazaar.
