The tour provides you with the opportunity to explore a local market in the uptown, Tehran while getting introduced to the ingredients of Iranian cuisine. Accompanied by your guide you can discover the wonders of eastern cooking in the best foodie stops. Strolling throughout the market will give you the chance to learn about new ingredients and their usage.
When the shopping is done, we will head to a purpose-built kitchen to learn cooking an Iranian dish. The dish will be chosen from the most favorite seasonal foods of Iran. When the cooking is done, we will have a feast trying the delicious food we have prepared together.
Tour duration will be from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.

How long before a trip should I book?
In high season months like April, May, September, and October hotels, tours and driver guides will be sold out very soon. Hence, it is better to book your trip as soon as you can.
Can you provide the tour in other languages?
The default tour-guide for the tour is English-speaking. However, upon your request we can check the possibility to have a tour guide in other languages. It may include an extra fee.
Is it possible to book this experience with some of my friends?
100% Our private tours are held between one person to large groups. You can even choose your fellow travellers by scrolling down 'travellers' tab at the right side of the page.
Is it possible to stay for longer/shorter than the mentioned time?
The time is the usual time for the tour, but it can be arranged for being shorter or longer.

Iran cooking tour
As a poor husband who accompanied his wife, I can confess the tour was wonderful not because of the cooking lesson but it was the best way for me to interact with Persian culture and these lovely people
