Shiraz, the city of history, culture and poets is located in southwest Iran. This city was the capital of Persia at the time of the Achaemenid era and now one of the most important cities in Iran. This two-days tour will bring you to the heart of Shiraz and you’ll visit the most important highlighted attractions of this wonderful city.

The first day will be spent visiting the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Persepolis, this ancient monument is located about a 60km drive from Shiraz. The other monuments to visit are Naqshe Rostam, located on the high cliff, Naqshe Rajab and finally the tomb of the Great Cyrus, Pasargadae.

The second day is going to be an enjoyable city tour inside the Shiraz city center. The visits start with the colorful Nasir ol Molk or Pink mosque and a lot of catchy photos. Then it continues to the Vakil Bazaar where you can enjoy tasting local snacks and buy handicrafts like Persian carpets.

Persian gardens are another UNESCO World Heritage sites of Iran, Eram garden where you’ll visit is one of them. The tomb of Hafiz, the great famous poet is a must see in Shiraz where you can sit beside his tomb, read his poems and feel the magical energy.
