Sasan Hotel is a 2-star budget hotel that was founded in 1971 and was renovated in 2016. It is among the oldest hotels in Tehran. The premise is located on Shariati Street, itself one of the oldest streets of the capital that connects the southern part of the city to the northern part.

The total of 36 rooms includes single, double, and triple rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, TV, free WiFi, and laundry. A small restaurant with a capacity of 20 persons exists on the first floor, where breakfast is also served.
