Razzaz traditional house (Arian hostel) named after one of the ancient heroes during Pahlavi and Qajar era and it is one of the aristocratic houses of Qajar period, located at the heart of the city in Tehran. The house was renovated in 2016 and started to work as a first traditional house in Tehran.

The house has 10 rooms fully equipped with a variety of facilities to provide a memorable and joyful stay for all tastes and budgets. Rooms includes; Shahneshin (1Double + 1Single), Gusheh (Twin), Pardis (Single), Alam Koh (1Double + 1Single), Damavand (1Double + 1Single), Delgosha (Quadruple), Cheshmandaz (Quadruple), Suite (Roof) 3 Single, Howz khaneh (Double), and Sardab (Double). All rooms equipped with the latest advanced facilities like heating and cooling system, private showers and bathrooms, luggage storage, refrigerator and unlimited internet and besides all of this, welcomed guests with buffet breakfast, tea, and coffee.

Due to the location of the house in the center of Tehran, easy access to most touristic and historical attractions is provided. It takes an only 10-minute walk from Baharestan metro station and 15 minutes’ walk from sightseeing attractions such as the Grand Bazaar, Golestan Palace, National Museum, Jewelry Museum, and many other historical and fascinating places.
