Cheap and worth booking. do not seeking for 5-star facilities please. overall I recommend staying.

Terras was closed, spa facilities were closed some days but staff were excellent and very kind.

For budget traveller, worth money. the good point of this Tehran hotel is the location, as you can easily access everywhere touristic in Tehran without sticking in traffic.

the room was clean, service was average but Ok. the area was full of attractions but always crowded and noisy till late hours the night.
