The Elysee Hotel started with the idea of a "different hotel in Shiraz" to improve the quality of accommodation for commercial and recreational tourists and meet all the needs of modern guests. The Hotel started its activity in September 2014 as the first Boutique hotel. Unlike the majority of Shiraz’ hotels which are in the city center, Elysee is located in the northern district of Shiraz, in a street called Maaliabad, near modern shopping centers, restaurants, and coffee shops. 

The Hotel has seven floors and 68 rooms consist of single, twin/double, and double suites. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub and full functional guest amenities for fantastic bathing, a TV, closets, a hanger, a fridge, a tea maker, a phone, and a safety deposit box. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available in the hotel. Breakfast is served daily in this hotel and the Marlin Restaurant is a restaurant with delectable dishes ready to serve guests for lunch and dinner. 

The Elysee Hotel, with 10 minutes distance to the city's international fair, and you can also reach the metro with a 5-minute walk.
