The Toranj hotel is located on a virgin region with a natural ecology in the north-west of Kish Island (in the Persian Gulf). The complex is divided into two stages, the first of which is a seaside hotel and the second of which is a beachside resort (which is under construction).

It also offers excellent recreational and environmental amenities to its guests, including a beach restaurant and café with fast food, large and small restaurants, as well as a coffee shop over the sea with a spectacular view of the sunset and the Persian Gulf, spa and massage with glass-floor rooms, fitness center and gym over the sea, Kids Club, and Games Room.

This hotel's 100 rooms all have glass flooring and private patios, allowing visitors to see the sea beneath their feet. Being connected with a wooden wharf (nearly 1 km), the suites form a paisley on the Persian Gulf from above. 40, 60, and 120 m3 suites are called flat, one-bedroomed royal and two-bedroomed VIP respectively. For the ease of transportation, golf cars are used for the guests and trolley golf cars are used to carry luggage and essentials for rooms.
