Food & Culinary
During this food experience, you'll have the opportunity to get to know the Iranian ingredients and cook popular, delicious Persian food in a home-like atmosphere in the splendid city of Shiraz. The chef will introduce you to the simplified recipe so that you will be able to cook the food back in your home.
Also, you will have the chance to know more about Iran food culture and cuisines. Totally, three different dishes (one appetizer, one main course and one dessert) will be introduced and cooked which include:
Starter: Dopiaza (vegetable) or Kashk–e bademjan (Eggplant dip)
Main Course: Shirazi Kalampolo (cabbage rice with meatball)
Dessert: Shirazi Halva or Ranginak (Persian date with walnut)
When the cooking is done, we'll enjoy having the food together at a lunch/dinner party!
Tour duration is flexible according to your plan, however, our recommended time is from 10:00 to 14:00 for the lunch or from 17:00 to 21:00 for dinner.
