Pets are allowed in rental vehicles. Customers need to keep pets crated and return their rental car in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning/detailing fees.

All of our vehicles are covered by the most complete and highest level of CDW insurance and you don’t need to pay more for car insurance.

We are aware of your arrival by your ticket information and will be waiting for you holding a board with your name.

All vehicles are brand new and if any technical problem happens, we will provide customer service less than 45 minutes anywhere. In additional, if the problem is not fixable, we will change the car less than 24 hours. All of these services are free .

It is 300€ to 600€ and after returning your rental car, the entire amount of the deposit will be fully refunded to you, and no amount will be retained by the company as an expense.

Copy of the passport + 300-600 euros as deposit + Copy of your driving license (international or local) + Return flight ticket. deposit is returned to the customer at the drop off time
